Vigyan Saroj Care Foundation emerged from profound personal loss and a powerful desire to transform grief into service. In 2022, following the sudden passing of their parents—Late Shri Vigyan Singh Thakur and Late Smt. Saroj Thakur—three siblings united in purpose. Feeling the void of orphanhood, they resolved to alleviate the pain of those born into it.
Guided by the teachings of their spiritual mentor, Pandit Shri Ram Sharma Acharya, who taught that “Man is not a slave of circumstances, but the creator and master of them,” they laid the foundation of an organization rooted in empathy, equality, and dignity. What began as a personal tribute has since evolved into a movement touching thousands of lives across India.
Vigyan Saroj Care Foundation challenges conventional charity models by emphasizing emotional investment over financial magnitude. The Foundation encourages contributions from all walks of life, including heartfelt donations of even Rs. 100, recognizing intent as the highest form of giving.
Community members and housing societies are celebrated as heroes of kindness, their contributions creatively acknowledged through posters featuring their photos and acts of service. This storytelling approach inspires others and cultivates a shared responsibility toward change.
